DEAD/H box helicases are implicated in lung cancer but have not been systematically investigated for their clinical significance and function. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the potential of as prognostic biomarkers therapeutic targets by integrated bioinformatic analysis multivariate large-scale databases. Survival differential expression these enabled us identify four with most significant alterations. These were found be negative factors DDX11, DDX55 DDX56, positive factor DDX5. Pathway enrichment indicates that MYC signalling is negatively associated levels DDX5 gene while positively DDX56. High low mutation TP53 MUC16, two frequently mutated genes cancer. contrast, high DDX56 MUC16 mutation. The tumour-infiltrated CD8 + T B cells correlate expression, other three DEAD helicases, respectively.
